Try to think of each clump of veins as a tree branch. These can actually be a bit tricky to draw, but once you get the hang of it then it becomes much easier! The main detail we will be adding here will be some veins on the surface of the heart.

Step 3 – Next, draw more aortae and add some detailsĬontinuing on, we will be adding some more aortae to the heart along with some extra details for the ones that are already there.įirst, we will add two more small aortae on either side of the heart for a total of four in this step. They will be drawn similarly, but will be a bit more squared in shape. Then, there will be another rounded section on top that has several smaller ones poking off. This one will be the largest one on the heart, drawn with curved lines with a small, thin oval at the end. Hearts have pipe-like structures attached to them called aortas, and we will be adding some of these now.įirst, we will add a large one of these aortae coming up from the bump at the top of the bottom section.
